Domestic Shipping Policy
Chilli Pepper House offers standard and express delivery options within Australia utilising Australia Post. Orders over $50 will receive free standard postage Australia wide. We understand how important your seeds are and do our best to protect your seeds in our packaging process. Please allow 7-14 days for standard delivery. If you would like to track your order, please select the tracking shipping.
Chilli Pepper House offers standard International Air mail service delivery options that are provided through Australia Post. Unfortunately all international orders using this service are unable to provide a tracking option.
Please allow 15-35 days for international shipping.
Orders can be delayed as it passes through customs locally and internationally. Once the order proceeds past customs the delivery time will depend on the efficiency of the local countries delivery service.

Because these variables are outside our control, we’re unable to guarantee germination outcomes. We kindly ask that you refrain from requesting refunds or replacements on this basis.
