Domestic Shipping Policy

Chilli Pepper House offers standard and express delivery options within Australia utilising Australia Post. Orders over $25 will receive free postage Australia wide.  We understand how important your seeds are and do our best to protect your seeds in our packaging process. All orders are shipped within 24 hours during business days. 

Please allow 3-7 days for domestic orders.

Chilli Pepper House offers standard International Air mail service delivery options that are provided through Australia Post. Unfortunately all international orders using this service are unable to provide a tracking option.

Please allow 15-35 days for international shipping. 

Orders can be delayed as it passes through customs locally and internationally. Once the order proceeds past customs the delivery time will depend on the efficiency of the local countries delivery service. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to seeds being a live product we are unable to receive returns on any seeds purchased so please take your time in selecting your new varieties. If you are uncertain on any varieties you have selected please contact us and we will do our best to assist prior to purchase.
