Shipping of Seed Orders

Domestic orders Chilli Pepper House utilises Australia Post. We are not responsible for damages envelopes, damages seeds or lost packages after your order is processed.

International orders we utilise standard international mail service, this service is able up provide tracking numbers on parcels or delivery updates. Due to some countries strict local customs rules, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of goods either through delivery means or associated with the importation of seeds which is considered a live plant product. As previously stated above, we are not responsible for damages envelopes, damages seeds or lost packages after your order is processed.

Importation doesn't normally require certification but all duties, taxes or additional costs for certification are exempt in shipping in good cost and the purchases responsibility.
