Seeds are a live product and successful propagation depends on multiple factors that include but are not limited to: Quality of seeds utilised, temperature, substrate, moisture, light and other environmental considerations. Due to these complexities we are unable to ensure successful propagation. Please dont ask for a refund / replacement, but please contact us if you are uncertain on the best growing conditions or a first time grower and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping of Seed Orders

Domestic orders Chilli Pepper House utilises Australia Post. We are not responsible for damages envelopes, damages seeds or lost packages after your order is processed.

International orders we utilise standard international mail service, this service is able up provide tracking numbers on parcels or delivery updates. Due to some countries strict local customs rules, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of goods either through delivery means or associated with the importation of seeds which is considered a live plant product. As previously stated above, we are not responsible for damages envelopes, damages seeds or lost packages after your order is processed.

Importation doesn't normally require certification but all duties, taxes or additional costs for certification are exempt in shipping in good cost and the purchases responsibility.
