Baccatum 20,000 to 30,000 Scoville
Originating in Peru and Bolivia, this variety produces pods similar in shape and size to the original Aji Colorado except these ones are an amazing bright orange. 
 
Flavor
Very versatile with a fresh bean flavor. Can be used as a nice powder or eaten fresh. 
 
Pod
This variety produces pods that are 9cm x 1 to 2cm. They mature from green to bright orange.
