Annuum 15,000 - 30,000 Scoville
This is a compact variety originated from Mexico, has a mild to medium heat, utilised in Mexican cuisine dried, fresh or powdered. Chile De Arbol means chilli tree in Spanish, a prolific variety producing a great yield for such a compact plant and is quite tolerant to cold climates. 
 
Flavor
This pepper has a mild sweet flavor excellent for Mexican dishes or pickling.
 
Pod
Pods go from a cream white to bright red, approx. 3-5cms long 1cm wide.
