Annuum 
Mat Jang is a fantastic tasting chilli originating from Korea, quite a rare variety and a great choice for growers after a variety that is easy to grow and produces a medium smokey flavour. 
 
The variety likes half shade / half sun, is quite prolific growing to approximately 1m x 40cms. 
 
Flavor
Medium heat and smokey when dried. 
 
Pod
Produces bright red pods approximately 8-10cms long and 2 cm wide, starting green maturing to a dark red.
