Originating from the Caribbean, this variety produces stunning variegated foliage and pods and originally got its name as it was a popular choice for seasoning fish. 
 
This is a compact bushy variety that produces pods starting green with white/cream variegation and ripens to bright orange with slight variegation lines. 
 
It is an absolutely stunning variety and we love growing it. 
 
Flavor
This pepper has a mildly sweet flavor and is slightly tangy.
 
Pod
Pods go from green with light cream/white variegation to a bright orange approx. 5cms long 2cms wide.
