Originally from Mexico, this variety is mild and fantastic for stuffing. When the chilli is dried it is called the Ancho chilli.
 
Flavor
A light sweet capsicum flavor and can be used for anything. 
 
Pod
This variety produces quite large pods 10 x 5cm, when immature is dark green/purple and mature is red.
