Baccatum 
Originating in Peru and similar to the original Sugar Rush Peach, this variety is amazing producing one of the sweetest chilli's there is. This Aji variety is very sought after and a unbelievably prolific producer. 
 
Flavor
Very juicy, sweet with a touch of citrus. 
 
Pod
This variety produces pods that are 4-7cms x 3cms in an elongated cylinder shape taping off to a point. Pods start a light green then stay white even up to picking then turn a nice peach color.
