Baccatum 
Originating in Peru, this variety is amazing producing one of the sweetest chilli's there is. This Aji variety is very sought after and a unbelieveably prolific producer. 
 
Flavor
Very juicy, sweet with a touch of citrus. 
 
Pod
This variety produces pods that are 4-5cms x 3cms in a cylinder shape taping off to a point. Pods start a light green then stay white even up to picking then turn a nice peach color.
